I’m really excited to be hosting my first tasting event tomorrow. I won’t be selling anything, I just want people to have a sip and tell me what they think. I also took my first step toward becoming a farmer’s market vendor and dropped off my application to the environmental health officer to get approval to sell Chai By Night. Why “Chai By Night“?
After my young newborn son goes to bed, I sit up and make loose spice chai mix for you to enjoy at home.
Chai is a passion of mine, and brewing it at home is inexpensive and so much tastier than they syrup ones you usually find at franchise coffee shops. You can decide how much sugar or other sweetener to use, and you can decide how much milk or soy to add. Plus, you have the added benefit of making your home smell lovely while it brews!
