I am proud to report that Chai By Night is now being served at the Village Coffee Lounge at 705 12th Street, in New Westminster. You can also buy the mix there to take home and brew yourself!

    Jen I loved the sample you gave me. Actually used it to christen a new pot, although now I’m going to try to track down an ibric because a light pot with a pouring device is a much better idea. ;)

    Aside from how nice it tastes, I realized that it’s actually a good way for me to get some more calcium, since I’m not very good about actually drinking milk. And cheese, while lovely, is very high in fat.

    So I’m a convert.
