Jen I loved the sample you gave me. Actually used it to christen a new pot, although now I’m going to try to track down an ibric because a light pot with a pouring device is a much better idea.

Aside from how nice it tastes, I realized that it’s actually a good way for me to get some more calcium, since I’m not very good about actually drinking milk. And cheese, while lovely, is very high in fat.

So I’m a convert.

Hi Jen,
I frequent the village coffee lounge on 12th street and was there today. I asked for a Oregon Chai and he said all they had was Whistler Chai right now as they had switched. I prefer the Oregon for it’s sweetness but he said he has had many complaints about it being over sweet and people preferred to sweeten their own chai. He also mentioned we would have a chance to taste a new local brewed Chai which would be superior to both. Is this the chai he was referring to? I look forward to an opportunity to try it.
